Parents Talk Periods

We all want to create a more loving, body-positive, world for our daughters and non-binary kids. But we also know the truth: it's HARD. If you've been dreaming of how you will honor the passage of menarche (getting a first menstrual period), and wanting some help in figuring out how to make it happen, this is the class for you. 

Parents and adult family members are invited to join Tara Rubinstein for a 4-week online class that covers the nuts and bolts of how to approach puberty with positive affirmation. Tara will share all of her stories, resources and guidance from many years of guiding tweens through this rite of passage. Parents will leave class with a resource list, PDF worksheets to help you plan your own celebration, and a framework to help guide you through the hard parts of this physical and emotional transition.

All registrations include up to 3 adults in one family

Recordings

We strongly encourage those who are able to participate in the synchronous experience of this class - we'll be live and able to answer your questions and share our stories. Classes will be recorded and sent out each week, so if you are not able to be there live, you can still join us!
