Artemis Pack: In-person chapters

In-person groups:

In-person chapters of Artemis Pack will be available in West Philly and Mt. Airy. Middle school chapters will meet twice a month, elementary school chapters meet once a month.

• Groups will be limited to 7 participants
• We will meet outdoors, using social distance and masks 
• In months where outdoor meetings are not possible, we will meet online. These online meetings will happen at the same time as our normally-scheduled group, and will only include the members of your chapter (not combined with other chapters)
• I will not provide food this year - please plan to bring your own snack and water bottle

Online registration is not yet open, but will be soon! If you have an Artemis Pack enthusiast in your family, they are welcome to join BOTH in person and online. The material will have some overlap, but there will be differences as well. If you have any questions about which chapter is the best/right group for you, please contact Tara via email. 

In-Person 2nd/3rd Grade & 4th/5th grade Chapters:

Thursdays, 4:00 - 5:30, once a month

1. West Philly 2nd/3rd grade chapter: 1st Thursdays
2. Mt. Airy 2nd-4th grade chapter: 2nd Thursdays
3. West Philly 4th-5th grade chapter: 3rd Thursdays

Registration + payment will shift to 8 week cycles. This year is (hopefully) unique for in-person programs since we don’t fully know what will feel safe and possible in the winter and spring. December will be separate from the regular 8 week sessions - we will determine closer to that time whether we will have a December meeting.

Wednesdays, 4:00 - 5:30pm, twice a month*

OG group: 1st & 3rd Wednesdays

West Middle: 2nd & 4th Wednesdays

Mt. Airy: 1st & 3rd Fridays 

Registration + payments will shift to 5 week cycles (these will align with online group cycles). This year is (hopefully) unique for in-person programs since we don’t fully know what will feel safe and possible in the winter and spring. I hope that this registration system will give us all the most flexibility in assessing our needs and plans session by session.

Session 1: September 16th - October 18th

Session 2: October 21st - November 22nd

Session 3: December 2nd - Dec 20th (Mini Session)

Session 4: January 6th - February 7th

Session 5: February 10th - March 14th

Session 6: March 17th - April 18th

Session 7: April 21st - May 23rd

Online groups:

Online chapters meet weekly, using the structure we developed this summer. Participants from all over the country gather on one video call, and then split up into small breakout groups.

• Teen Artemis Pack - Mondays from 7-8pm
• Middle School Artemis Pack - Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30pm
• 7-11 year old Artemis Pack - Fridays from 6:30 - 7:30pm OR Sundays from 10am-11am
